Shakeology is a fabulous health supplement made from superfoods! I did not expect to feel a big difference when I started drinking Shakeology since my diet was already so clean. When I read the ingredient list, however, I knew that I had to try it. After a few weeks, I realized that I had so much more ENERGY throughout the day! I no longer was getting that afternoon dip, and I did not feel drained at the end of the day. I would still drink Shakeology even without those great results because my hippie, health freak self knows that the superfoods and everything else it contains are so good for me. But having more energy for my active lifestyle of riding horses and living on a farm is pretty awesome!
