Friday Fitness Tip: Get Outside


Happy Friday everyone! This week’s fitness tip is to get outside! Being outdoors can calm our minds, give us some vitamin D, soothe our souls, and even help us to adapt to weather changes more quickly.

Since most of you are fellow equestrians, I would hope that you enjoy being outside since riding requires it! But it is great to do other things outside as well. You could go for a run, walk, hike, swim, bike, paddle-board, kayak, play another sport! The list goes on and on.

So, I challenge you all this weekend to do an active outdoor activity besides riding 🙂 Have a great weekend everyone!
