Happy Friday everyone!!

The weather has been beautiful here in Texas! Warm and sunny – as if spring has sprung. I know that it won’t last long, but it certainly is nice. This week has been relatively uneventful. I have been fighting a nasty chest cold, and begun the week riding pretty terribly. After a couple of technical lessons filled with a lot of trot jumps, I think I have redeemed myself.

Besides that, I have just been trying to recover and taking a lot of pictures!

I tried to get a pretty picture with the morning fog in the background, and I think I have one – only to find when I am looking back that my silly boy is sticking his tongue out!

Now that is more like it. Even though it has been warm and sunny out, the mornings have been foggy. I love fog. There is just something so eerie yet beautiful about it.

I tried to get a few pictures while I gave him treats today. Needless to say, he was more interested in the treats than the pictures.

His pasture buddy was working, so he was also feeling a little lonely after I put him out.
