Pre-heat the oven to 350. Rinse and scrub the potatoes, then place in baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes, to taste. Salt to taste. Add a pinch of dried basil. Sprinkle rosemary all over. Bake for about thirty minutes, or until soft.
