The Holiday season is a time of joy and cheer! However, I find that it can also be a very stressful time! There are constantly things to do, places to go, people to see, and it can all be a little overwhelming! It can be tough to find time to ride, let alone work out. And there is constant temptation to eat poorly.
Thankfully, I have discovered ways to combat Holiday stress, and stay on track with my self care, so that I can better enjoy myself with friends and family, and be a better daughter, sister, friend, and horsewoman – instead of a frazzled, overwhelmed mess!
