I am obsessed with this vegan chili recipe on these cold nights!
Ingredients (All canned):
*Cannellini beans
*Kidney beans
*Pinto beans
*Carrots
*Water chestnuts
*Tomato
*2 Alarm Chili Kit
I threw it all in my pressure cooker and added water, sea salt and the seasoning packets (cumin/oregano, paprika, red pepper, chili powder, onion/garlic). This could easily be made on the stove, or in a slow cooker. You could also use fresh vegetables too!
I topped it with Daiya vegan cheese and Follow Your Heart vegan sour cream!
